Welcome to SittingAround.org, a website for meditators practising in the traditions and lineages taught at Gaia House. Sitting Around provides links to sitting groups and meditators all around the UK, hence the name.


This site offers a quiet, reflective space for those who have been to Gaia House or who are involved in meditation groups associated with Gaia House. There's an online forum for discussions, an events calendar to advertise one-day meditation and other events, and a links directory with links to useful sites for meditators.
